Lovely spot - beach is stunning only downside it's a long walk down and coming back up the stairs are daunting. Nice pub right on the beach "The Grotto" See you soon

Nice secluded beach with the addition of pub and restaurant built ,into cliff dogs welcome lift available if you don’t feel up to walking up and down the stairs well worth a visit .

Yup Colmans is the best, there are several seafront pubs at Shields where you can sit at outside tables and your dog will be happy. Some beach restrictions of course.
