We've been to Nymans on many occasions this last year and seen it through all the seasons. Personally my favourite is spring but it has something to offer any time of the year. There gardens themselves are always well tended and set out nicely and always offer something good to look at. It has a large lawn in the middle... More

Visited late April whilst weather was still quite cool so the garden was yet to bloom. It is a lovely location with much to offer but as a short stay international visitor without a Pass, extremely expensive for a day entry ticket. We had local friends showing us around so bit the bullet in regard to the ticket cost but... More

We have just been gifted National Trust membership so we went to have a look at Nymans today as we were going past. Absolutely beautiful grounds and interesting history on the house. Can't wait to go again. Was a little confusing whether we had to show our cards. We just walked straight through which we are not sure if was... More

Went as a family to enjoy the late winter sunshine. We were greeted with lovely spring bulbs everywhere , we even found our own guide who followed us around!!

A good garden that is worth visiting all year round for the walks even in the winter. Quite pricey but well worth it.

I love it here. Perfect combination of gardens, house and other interests. This time enjoyed the ladybird exhibition with my friend.

Classic National Trust property, pretty gardens that are good for a walk, nice house which is interesting to explore and good cafe. One of the better National Trust estates to take children.

This National Trust is quite far from me and i probably wouldn't have made the trip specifically to go here but i was in the area staying at a hotel nearby and took the opportunity to go because i had heard good things. I am very pleased I did, i adore the gardens. Lots of interesting little areas to explore.... More

A lovely place to visit with it's woodland walks and ruined romantic house. The gardens are well maintained and extensive, lovely flower borders and unusual trees. A small shop, good cafe and clean toilets. Expensive for a family if not a Nat.Trust Member. Wrap up well on a cold day and enjoy.
