These caves are a bit of drive from Katoomba but definitely worth it. They are some of the most stunning caves in the world. You can choose from a number of tours and there are detailed information boards on what each tour involves as far as number of steps, distance and difficulty. You need to get there early to have... These caves are absolutely amazing. The main hall when lit up blew me away. Some places were a tight squeeze to get through, but totally worth the effort.

Stuart guided us for our tour of the Diamond Cave. He was excellent, he had just the right mix of knowledge and humour to be both entertaining and interesting. I have been visiting Jenolan since I was a small child and I have now reached 3 score and ten. The area never fails to amaze me and visits these days... More

We came here 10 yrs ago on our honeymoon and decided to come back for our 10 yr anniversary. I love everything about this destination. They have easy caves to explore and go right up to the tight squeeze 'Plug hole' adventure tour. This is a location that is absolutely beautiful. Great for couples and families. Lots of fun. Will... I arrived for an overnight visit - had a great bush walk in the afternoon where I saw kangaroos, wallabies, many lizards and even a platypus! Over the two days, I did three cave tours - Chifley, Lucas and Orient. The tours were all the same. While I can understand that some people only take one tour, it would be... More

A day well spent at Jenolan Caves exploring the under world of an amazing place. Blue Lake is gorgeous and many different varied walks of the surrounding area. Deep River Cave Walk was a 2 hour of mystery and discovery. How our pioneers ever managed to find these beautiful places leaves me in awe. The harsh landscape they travelled to... More

After you make a winding drive down through some beautiful country, you come round a corner to see an enormous archway that is the entrance to the cave sites. There are a large number of caves and you need to buy your tickets for specific times as entrance is by guided tour.. Best advice for you is to book in... More

Wonderful experience. I would recommend to immediate family and anyone who was on the fence about visiting the caves. My girlfriend and I attended the Orient cave which in fact turned out to be overbooked. The situation was easily fixed and the group was efficiently split between two tour guides. Our tour guide Jacob was fantastic, highly recommend! – He... More

Been to the caves several times but there is always other caves to see. Good bushwalks surrounding the area. A good relaxing place to visit. Go mid week though to beat crowds.
