We visited this site today and it was a fun experience. Our little girl really enjoyed the train trip and exploring the workshop afterwards:)

It’s small little place where kids can take a ride on quite old train carriages from mid 60-70s. Also they have a steam train engine that runs every Sunday. It’s close to city, can spend about 1.5 hrs. Took photos of on old train carriages...More

What a little gem. I think all staff are volunteers and they do a great job. There is a shop at station that has lots of goodies to tempt you.

For train enthusiasts the train museum is interesting and for $5 you can take a short scenic train ride. It was very busy, the train fills up quickly.

Excellent railway. Loved the engines. Very disabled friendly. Staff couldn't do enough. Prices ok. Grat looking around the engines. Better if you have children. But overall an enjoyable experience

The history in this place is amazing. We had a lovely train ride accompanied by a very helpful Guard. After the ride you can take a look at the old engines and carriages. Lovely afternoon.
