Beautiful calm place with a fabulous collection of mature trees (all named), tranquil gardens, museum and the fish.

The cafe adjoining the heritage centre provides light lunches and beverages. Meals are pre-made and choice is limited. For example you may not like capsicum, onion and cucumber! It did however have nice views of the trout jumping in the pond. A quiet location for...More

We ordered salate for lunch, .....few leaves of green, not very fresh, slice of tomato and sweet dressing from a bottle? 2 slices of smoked salmon we paided 18 dollars pp. So go there to look at the fish, don't eat them.......

Loved this venue great value great fun feeding the fish - loved the grounds with all the trees- particularly liked that most of the trees wete nsmed - good service

We'd been to the Salmon Ponds before, this time, only to have lunch. We had savoury pancakes and salad. They were excellent and good value. And we could see the salmon through the windoa.
