When we moved to Maumee, OH in 1988, I told friends we had the best of both worlds. We could drive a mile east and be in Toledo and a mile west and be in farm country. MacQueen's has been a family favorite for 29 years!!! Their Apple Orchard is quintessential Midwest. Their Apple Festival is on our calendar every... More

Go here to stock up on fresh apples, fresh baked pies and goodies, produce, jams, jellies, this-n-thats, and it is all wrapped up in a fun experience. This place is great!

I was a chaperone on a 2nd grade field trip to MacQueen's. Our tour was great! It moved quickly so the kids didn't get bored, but was very informative. It was raining the day we went so we missed out on picking apples in the orchard, but they were still able to pick out their apples from a giant crate.... More

This orchard offers local apples, other produce, delicious baked goods, jams, jellies and so much more in their quaint store. For a nice experience, picking your own apples is a fun memorable time. Great for couples or families. This place is easy to get to and parking is easy unless its festival time in which the park and lines are... More

Of course they have events that are fantastic but even just during the middle of the week you should go here and walk in and have your senses explode from smells of baked goods!! Their pumpkin donuts and apple fritters are amazing!

We stop here two or three times a year when we visit the area. They make their own baked goods and they are excellent. There is always a wonderful variety of fruited breads, along with "Grandma's" bread, cheese bread and cinnamon bread. They are somewhat pricey, but it's well-worth it. They have several varieties of apples from their own orchards... More

This is a wonderful place to go as a family when the apples are ready to be picked. There are many varieties to choose from and you can ride a tractor out to pick your own or buy fresh in the store, along with freshly made donuts and apple cider.

Orchard with bakery and produce and gift shop. Cider is great. Christmas shop is small but fun. Don't miss their Apple Butter Festival.

They carry some of the most delicious doughnuts and pies in the area. Not the least expensive -- but definitely some of the best. They have a "pick your own" fruit option during apple season. A pretty, scenic location on rolling hills. Also around the corner, south on Albon Rd. is another wonderful family-owned fruit and veggie stand. (Grams farms.)... More
