This is a nice hike through a gorge with giant Hemlock tress and other varieties of deciduous trees. The gorge trail is concrete so the handicapped can enjoy access to this State Park. The rim trail is more difficult with a lot of steps to...More

We came to the area to hike at Clearcreek, and after lunch at The Pizza House in Logan, stopped here on the way home. There is a valley floor trail and the rim (be careful!) with many steps (sometimes squeezing between rocks) and beautiful views....More

Moderately challenging short hike. Beautiful view once you get to the cliff. As always, hiking sneakers or socks are recommended.

Pretty views, moderately challenging hike. Our first hike in a weekend vacation it was hot and humid, but the shade helped.

Boy were we out of shape so this was a good hike to begin in the Hocking Hills area. Steep climb down to a beautiful carved out amphitheater shaped cave. Hiked both the lower valley trail - easy but humid and upper rim trails.

Something about this area didn't capture my interest the way the other hikes did. I wouldn't pass it up since most of the trails are short in the whole area, but if you had to cut one out....

Yes, though I would only take them if they are super compliant. Lots of eroded and super steep places.
