The staff is super friendly and so informative! And bathrooms are very clean. We got a map, a book of the area and asked for advice about the trails and how to get to the waterfalls. We hiked Ash Cave and Cedar Falls. Our favorite was Cedar Falls. The gentleman gave us some great advice and tips. Make sure to stop here first before you head out for the hikes and falls.

This is where to get a handy map and have your pic taken by the Hocking Hill sign -- it's pretty cool.

when you arrive to Hocking Hills. They're a wealth of information. The staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable on the area. They hand out a great map showing where the different hikes are, how difficult and how long. Very helpful in planning the day(s).

The visitor center is worth a stop, expressly if you have never been to the area. These ladies really know their stuff.

A very nice visitor center with loads of information. Ask them anything, they know it all. They will give you a map and draw it out for you. Friendly people. Also be sure to see the Pencil Sharpener Museum. I know it will bring back memories and make you smile!

I wish we would have stopped here before we started to explore Logan area and Hocking Hills. The Ladies working here are outstanding. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

If you are just coming into the area, and even if you have done some research ahead of time, stopping here for information is worth the trip. The staff here are a wealth of knowledge and able to guide you no matter what your pursuit in the area. We were very glad that we stopped otherwise we would have passed up Cedar Falls.

Visited twice for books & tips. Staff was very nice & sure knew their business. Helped with tips & questions for first time visitors. The building has also of history covering all the topics of the area & even a small museum of pencil sharpeners. Had free wi-fi to catch up when one is off grid. Worth the stop to see it.

My husband and I got up and went to the Welcome Center first before exploring the trails which we planned to do that day but didn't know a lot about them yet. We appreciated being made to feel welcome and that someone was interested in helping us.
