This place that has no duplicate, anywhere. It is unique and interesting. I went with a group of older women, and we were fascinated. At first it seemed odd to be seeing Alaskan taxidermy animals at a Lake Erie location, but I quickly became absorbed by how beautifully and realistically the animals were displayed, and truly, many of the animals... This is a weird museum. However, they are trying to reach out to families. The day we were there, they had a program outside about bats. There were activities, real bats to look at and interact with, lots of information and nice people. All of this was free and the programs vary. It was $10 for our family to go... More

To the side of the museum bring your camera they have a make shift spot to snap photo and little square area... More

Worth the side trip. Did not know all the different species. The staff was very informative and explained items I did not know before

Honestly, walking in and seeing so many stuffed animals creeped me out at first. We were greeted by a very friendly employee though who offered to give us a tour. While the place was small, there were a lot of animals and we learned all about them from our guide. It was a surprisingly enjoyable and informative trip.

Good variety of animals that are preseved in a small museum. Maybe frightening for very young children(bears and big animals)
