My wife and I called here for a walk as part of our Lake Erie tour. It is very pleasant indeed and well worth spending at least half an hour here.

Sherod Park is always pleasant! Just down the road from our home, the children love to play and dip their toes in Lake Erie. Beautiful view of either the sunrise, or sunset at Sherod Park!

Plenty of parking. There is a large beach and walking paths with ball diamonds, exercise stations and picnic areas. The real deal is to be there for sunset with cedar point in the background. Its a great place to see the sunset.

A great location for watching the sunset over Cedar point. Don't forget to watch the submarine races while you are there...

We love Sherod Park. There are walking trails that wind through the grassy park, a stream running through the center, exercise stations, picnic pavilions, baseball & soccar fields. Best of all, benches along the lakefront, situated perfectly for watching sunsets.

This is a beach not many people know about. It was quite private. Not only is there a beach, but also there is a nice walking trail. The beach is a hidden treasure that not many know about so if you go, you'll likely be...More

For a very relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful time on the shores of Lake Erie everyone should stop here. On the Lake Erie Shoreline route 6, one can travel all the way to the west coast of the United States. Sherod Park is just outside the...More
