Took a drive through this park and many ammenities.

We stayed at TenKiller, but drove through Greenleaf. We will go back and stay there. They had mini golf, swimming pool and lots of ammenities. Pretty park.

Hiked and stayed here heading from Tulsa to Georgia Super hiking trail - moderate to easy for experienced hikers. Full loop would be overnight camping. Cabin 9 was cosy. No wifi (that would be nice even while trying to unplug). Groceries were another trip to Muskogee. Fireplace heated entire cabin. Clean cabin and enough kitchen equipment for basic cooking. Cabin... Great place to getaway and relax with some of the best fishing around from crappie, bass and catfish right there in the park, small mouth bass in the upper Illinois river near Tahlequah Oklahoma to trout and striped bass fishing in the lower Illinois. Greenleaf marina will also take care of you and your camping and fishing needs.

Our trip to Greenleaf was very disappointing. Although hoping to enjoy the autumn leaves so customary in eastern Oklahoma, the leaves still left on the trees were green and fallen leaves were dried up and brown. Many popular local eating places were closed and there were few people in the area. Unfortunately, Oklahoma has had an unseasonably warm fall and... More

Very nice RV park but no sewer hookup in GR. Deer Run has sewer but it's not very nice and doesn't take reservations. We'll come back again but won't stay anywhere but Gobblers Ridge. Besides no sewer, you have to pay for showers. Park seems to be well maintained and the office staff is very nice.

We won a 2 night stay at green leaf state park. It had only one bed an a pull out couch. Very pretty cabin, very clean. But with the stone floors, hard wood everything, an the fireplace it was not safe for children. My 2 little boys kept slipping an falling on the floor. The fireplace was to easy to... More

The travelers were an older couple and our grandson's family. We rented two cabins and were given Cabins 2 & 3. The A/C was great and we had everything we needed for our two night stay. There were plenty of dishes and silver, lots of towels and satellite TV. Groceries are available in the nearby town of Gore. We swam... More

We got to Greenleaf late on Friday but were still able to find a nice campsite in the Lake View section. The campsites aren't super private but are still nice. The bathrooms were clean and surprisingly air conditioned! The maintenance people cleaned everything every day we were there. Also the discovery center (which was really nice, but small) had multiple... More

This is one of the nicer Oklahoma state parks. We stayed in one of the park's 16 rustic stone cabins cabins that were built in the 1930s thru 1940s by the CCC, WPA, and German POWs. The parks has a nice lake and countryside that somewhat resembles the Arkansas Ozarks, but not quite as pretty as the Ozarks. Cabins 12-14... More
