777' zipline just off Hwy. 77 with a view of the 77' Turner Falls and we do it in about 77 seconds. Make a short stop at the overlook to Turner Falls and Collings Castle just off of Adventure Road/I 35 exits 47 going north or exit 51 going south, it is two miles on US 77 either way. We call it the Hangover, the Outlook or the Overlook, you will find a nice gift shop for Oklahoma souvenirs, t-shirt, a snack or cold drink.

This was so much of fun! Not scary at all! I was expecting a roller coaster drop but nope it was a smooth and nice drop. My daughter, who is 4years old was so afraid to get on it but eventually fell in love with the ride. She flayed her hands like she was flying all the way down. Amazing view! The overlook of TurnerFalls and the castle also visible from here. The gift shop sells even crystal bracelets for a really cheap price! Items are all well priced.

I had read the reviews and was prepared to not have a great customer service experience. I knew we wanted to do the zipline, so we were just resigned to overlooking customer service. How blessed I was to show up on a day when the owner was there! He was such a nice gentleman and we had a great visit with him inside while buying our tickets. The operator of the line was cut and dry. We were prepared for that, so just went with the flow. I think if you just have the expectation that he is there to do just his job, you'll set yourself up with realistic expectations. He will tell you what needs to happen, he will do his job. But he isn't going to chit-chat.He isn't going to coddle someone that might be nervous. He does what he needs to do and expects you to just listen and follow directions. Go in expecting that, and you'll be fine. THEN...sit back and enjoy the ride! It was a great experience and I'm glad we overlooked the negative feedback. It was a beautiful view. It felt very safe, solid, and sturdy. Expect business only from the operator. And maybe you'll be blessed to meet the very kind owner on your visit!

Was there on my wife's birthday for her to take the ride. The guy in the shop was as grumpy as all get out. I had to ask him three times about a t-shirt before he answered me. Another woman in the store asked a question and he never answered. He was too busy doing something on his phone and when he did answer, he was very short with us.
The younger guy who started and ran the ride for my wife said about five words to us. He too was very grumpy!
Now to the ride. My wife said it was awesome! It was a lot of fun! She was glad she did it.
However, we were promised days ahead of time, at the store, and later that we could get some pictures and a video of her ride. When we got home, we saw the pictures and video of others that day, but not for my wife. So much for a nice birthday memory.
The ticket did have a disclaimer that sometimes, due to technical issues, the pictures and video would not be available. Again, other riders that day and their pictures and videos were available. When we mentioned this to an employee in the park (which this ride is not a part of by the way) and that person told us that sometimes the "technical difficulties" are due to the person starting the ride not pressing the record button.

So, we get two rude and grumpy men and no video or pictures to remember that day!

The ride was nice, but if you're expecting pictures or a video - you may be disappointed. And you may be treated poorly by grumpy employees. (By the way, it was a Thursday and not busy in the least).

Booked this event weeks in advance. Was given time slots to pick from. Then show up day of event to find a rude space cadet working the counter. No reason to book in advance as its a hot mess just waiting in an hr long line to ride a 30-45 second ride.
Well then they pump buy your video @ www.com to cut of the recording @ 8 yet clearly runs riders till 9ish as we had a 730 and 745 ride times took to the zip line @ 830ish to see no recording available after 8pm on the web site so not sure how or why this is happening as this is lost revenue for them. As well as loss of the experience for me and my family. Dirty as hell on this over look. Trash every where and Graffiti painted on all types of things. Price is fair but just know you don't need a reservation as there will be people in line by time you show up for sure....unless your first.

We made reservations for 10 am and the email said we had to be there 15 minutes before our booking time. We got there 15 minutes early and the staff wasn't there. They arrived at 10 and spent 15 minutes setting the ride. The man operating the ride was very rude and didn't say how long it would take to get the ride up and running. He was just leaning against it, eating breakfast. When we asked if we could dry if the wet seat before the girls sat down, he said they couldn't.
Why tell people to be there 15 minutes early if the staff won't show up until 10? And there is no reason for the ride operator to be so rude. The ride definitely wasn't worth the cost or poor customer service.

The staff member seemed very annoyed about doing his job. I heard him cursing under his breath and he said f**k as he was walking down to the zipline launch pad. I am glad there were no young children wirh us. I did not feel safe, as he seemed he did not care about his job or if we were safe on the ride. He seemed quite put out that we were even there. We will never go on this zipline again. It was an unpleasant and anxiety inducing experience, thanks to the awful staff member working that day. We would not recommend this to anyone!

Didn’t realize there was a bigger parking lot. Man with beard was not nice about it even though I apologized.
Started off not so great experience. He didn’t even ask for my confirmation email. Just gave me the tickets. Wanted me out of his store asap all because I parked in the wrong spot and he had to walk outside, I’m assuming. I’ve never been spoken to like that for a simple misunderstanding. THEN as we were on the zip line, a 40-50 something year old man took a photo of me and my underaged sister. I was so disgusted. And after having a horrible experience with the big man inside, I just decided to leave before it got any worse. I now wish I would’ve made a scene and made sure he deleted that photo. I’m disgusted.
Glad to say I did it. But I will not go back again and I will be sure to let all of my friend and family know about my experience. Really sucks because it’s supposed to be a tourist spot. This is not how Oklahomas should act.. This is not how ANY business or tourist spot should be ran. That gentleman inside just set the tone for my experience before it even started. And it just got worse.

The Zipline experience was good, a bit scary but that’s why we all love it right? Lol my only complaint, as well as others I’ve talked to recently is that there are signs posted that there is video/pictures of your experience available to purchase since you can’t have your cameras on you. However, there was no video available in their website for a span of 2 hours. So if you rode the Zipline during that time, you are just out of luck. Feeling a little short changed, especially when you see all of the other videos posted online. Drove quite a ways to ride the Zipline, it would be nice to have pics or video.

Extremely rude! Bearded fat guy behind the counter was quick to grab my money, rude, and very unappreciative of my business. His teenage helper who ran the zip line wasn't much better. My first and last time to ever stop here. Not only will i never do business here again, but I'll go out of my way to tell prople about my horrible experience.

Beautiful views!
World have purchased the photo, but no one told us where the camera was, so we were looking down the whole time. Don’t really need a picture of the tops of our heads.
They really should spend a moment to pick up the trash all over the area! It’s very trashy!

I'm partial disabled and in a power wheelchair but can walk short distances just can't stand more than three or four minutes at the most. Can someone like me do the zip line.
