It's been years since I've been camping because I like my bed and running water, but I wouldn't mind camping here. I like how all the camp sites are separated and each one has a parking spot, a little designated area to set up camp, a fire pit and a grill. The pavilions are wheelchair accessible and even many of... More

Lake Arcadia is a man made beauty. Great place to picnic with family, fish, or watch wildlife. Scenic views as well.

This lake is more like a large pond. The water is very dirty and the beaches were trashy. The swimming areas were ok and good for a short afternoon swim. As far as skiing and tubing, if you don't mind going in a big circle it's ok for that. I was not impressed at all. I recommend everyone wear a... More

An ok lake..definitely not the best in Oklahoma. Not worth the $7 entrance fee just to swim or day camp. Water is dirty brown. Good lake if you have a boat. Camping areas are always so crowded in the summer, which can be fun. Usually too many cops patrolling.

Our family took a boat out on Arcadia Lake for the first time. As complete novices, we had a good first experience boating at Lake Arcadia. It was big enough to fish or boat, but not too big to get lost. The weather was beautiful, there were several other boats out, but we were still able to tube, and explore... More

I live 7 miles from the lake and probably want return. It is a beautiful lake, problem is that it's ran by the city. Even if you want to just drive around on a motorcycle they charge you. My in-laws camped there for a couple of weeks and said it was a constant hassle just to get in and around.... More

Lake Arcadia is managed by the city of Edmond and offers many activities with the convenience of being located close to town. The shoreline is mowed and looks lovely. Whether you like to swim, water ski, fish, hike, camp or picnic, you will have a wonderful time. Our grandson is a budding fisherman and has enjoyed hours of pursuing his... More

it seems so pricy for a place for families to go. Even for an afternoon they charge way to much. A yearly pass is over 80 dollars and I believe that is without a boat. So, it's sad to see such a beautiful lake be so outrageous. We have spent several nights there camping, but that is your best option... More

This is the perfect place to camp, large lake, great fishing and friendly people. Lots of RV, tent and picnic areas are available. We stayed in the Cottonwood campground that is on the north side of the lake, one area does have full hook-ups, all the other RV sites have 30/50 amp electric and the water is a shared faucet.... My family loves to visit the lake and utilize the excellent trails with our horses. The trails are well marked and well maintained. Our compliments and thanks to those maintaining the trails. I highly recommend this park as a safe place to ride horses.
