The hotelvis behind the Loves gas station. Very small room, full bed, coffee maker and TV.
We did receive a $10 each food voucher at the casino. , the restaurant was very good, very big portions. A shuttle car took you to/from casino. Not very big, but enjoyable.

We saw the signs for the casino several miles from the exit. We stayed about 1 hour- enjoyed the slot machines. Unfortunately, we had to leave because of previous engagement in OKC! Non- smoking section was very, very small- disappointing!!!

Okay, so here is the deal. You only get free play at certain times of each day, and only on certain days. Not everyone gets them. The points you earn only go toward drawings, which you have to go and get your tickets and take them to the hopper yourself. I am a bit frustrated with this casino. Seems that every other casino I go to puts freeplay or bonus play onto your card directly and you don't spend all your time running back and forth to the players club window.

I've been going to the casino for over a month and every time a quarter of the machines are broken and about half the machines are turned off. I can't comment on the entertainment they provide. I don't bother to buy tickets to anything.

We stopped for an overnight stay in our RV and went into the sports bar for a meal. My husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered a Okie sub which was like a Philly cheesesteak, the food was excellent and very reasonable. We played the slots a little bit and my husband won more than what we spent. Will definitely stay here again! Security and staff Were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

I will warn this casino has rude staff and Management. I have had several incidents where I have been talked to and treated poorly. You would think when reporting floor staff to managers you would find an apology and concern. But unfortunately they feel that respect and consideration for us is not important.

Our first time there was 10/07/22. First we encountered the most unfriendly and rude girl working the Players Club counter. Played multiple slots and nothing paid out. Then we ate at Canyons Sports Grill. The food was absolutely horrible. Wife had a ribeye steak and I had chicken fried chicken. We left half of the food on out plates and left. We won't be going back. Too many other good casinos around to patronize.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY 😨
I am going to start with the positives:
$5 a night for 30/50 amp electric hookups for RV’ERS.
Now for the lowlights of this casino:
No systems in place to provide consumers with a seamless, positive experience.
At sometime after 10pm security knocked on our door and forced hubby out of bed to get their precious $5 per night parking fee
(For those confused as to why this is an issue, we have been RVing full-time for almost 2 years & haven't encountered this behavior at even the most exclusive resorts.)
They advertise on the billboard that CDL drivers get a special offer. The billboard didn't say only a certain class of CDL. I hold a CDL but because it was a bus driver CDL their offer for me was to play 2 times the amount my husband had to play before free play. So, that sucked.
The buffet should be avoided at all costs. We entered the restaurant. No greetings, despite only two tables of people, one of which was 3 buffet employees that sat together, ignoring our presence. The food on the buffet was minimally touched, as if it had been on the steam table since they opened. We might have sat down to a meal but it was very clear that the employees didn't want our business.
Throughout Sugar Creek's facility it was abundantly clear that no one cared to make our visit a fun and playful one. There were clusters of employees scattered in pockets leaning on counters & enjoying the gossip of the day.
A ticket was stuck in hubby's machine. The security guard audibly sighed when I walked over to her to request a game tech. After waiting for said tech, she never said a word to us. When she gave us the ticket, she still said nothing. I said "Thank you have a great evening!" She responded "You, too!" without even looking in my direction.
Are you kidding me?
The whole time hubby and I were gobsmacked as to the lack of even just common customer service standards.
WE WILL NOT RETURN

I ordered a hotdog. Girl taking order didn't ask me what I wanted on it but I spoke up and asked for onions. Husband ordered some chicken wrap. In the meantime, other people had ordered and they were brought their drinks, condiments etc. We sat. Finally went up and asked for our drinks. She "forgot".
While sitting there waiting we realized just how dirty the place was. A 1 foot black ring around the counter, floor was dull & I doubt if it was ever waxed!
When the food came, that's the way the hotdog came. No mustard, relish or anything else. Hubby's "wrap" came as a sandwich. Sent it back to be made into a wrap. I tried to eat the hotdog. They bun was all but petrified. Dug out some of the softer bread and after asking for a knife, cut the dog in pieces and got it down. Meanwhile all kinds of food was coming out of the kitchen but not hubby's. After 1/2 an hour after the food was delivered, he asked for a refund. "Oh but it's almost ready, now!" Then the refund turned into an ordeal because they weren't authorized to take care of that.
Will never recommend this dive to anyone. We pulled off to get gas and a quick bite and we were in that filthy dump for over an hour and still had to go next door to Loves to get something to eat!

casino was ok till we walked in the restaurant to order the Rude lady that works there said no out side water from casino in the restaurant! she said we had to buy it from the restaurant so we ask for a refund and got the money back then the rude lady runs and tells the rent a cop we went out to r car to bring in are water from are car will sorry we was on our harleys not in cars anyways the rent a cop comes and takes my wife water like it had beer or something in it my wife only drinks water dummy and we got it from in side the casino so he had to go look to make sure and he works here and what??? bam it was the casinos water made them look so dumb. anyways the rude lady made her self look stupid and the rent a cop look stupid too he tried to give it back to my wife and she says nope don't trust you you may have put something in it and he said i will never do that!! will you know what she never puts beer in her water dummy so if you don't want the rude lady to run and lie on you just don't go in there to eat i bet she's not with them anymore but if she is she won't last with the lies Thanks sugar creek but will not will not be back i tried to report this to fb but there to C S to reply back

No shuttle service. This casino is on the Interstate and next to a Love Truck Stop. There are only 2 motels near. One is right across the street and no need for a shuttle. The other is about 300 yards or so but I don't remember seeing any shuttle. There is also another casino - Casino Oklahoma, right across the highway. Sugar Creek is a little older while Casino Oklahoma is much newer. Have had some luck at both. Should you be traveling in an RV there are RV hookups at Sugar Creek and only a large paved parking lot at Casino Oklahoma. Good luck! It's small but we have always enjoyed playing there.

If you check into their hotel they will give you 20 in free play, and 20 food voucher. The room will cost you 60 but with the vouchers, the real cost is 20 bucks
