Excellent collection of Taos Founders and American regional art, including good presentation of extensive Native American collection. This is worth a serious detour. Don't leave Tulsa without spending a few hours here.

This museum makes the mistake that lots of small museums make: not enough space is allotted to the permanent collection. The "masterpieces" gallery gives an impression of the broader collection, but then special exhibitions take up much of the remaining space in the building. And...More

Very worth the trip. Has some great Native American art and artifacts, photography, beautiful oil paintings, some scupltures, etc... GOt there too late to enjoy the restaurant but the food looked good as well.
