This is an arena built on the cheap. Not enough bathrooms or concession stands. Every time I go I make sure to eat elsewhere and pick my times to use the restroom. Concourses are tight, even with a crowd that is at half capacity. The concession food here is average at best and for some reason they take the caps off all 20 oz beverages. Really annoying when you have young kids who can tip over a drink in half a second. Also if Pepsi isn't your thing they don't have much else to offer.

The diagrams of the seats are deceptive. I went to my first concert ever and flew into Tulsa to attend it. I'm in my seventies and wanted to have an unobstructed view of the stage, not have to stand up all night, and paid a premium price for a seat that I thought was on the front row of the balcony. Section 105, Row A, Seat 3 was the only one left for sale on that row, but it turned out that the other seats in my row and four or five above me had been blocked from being sold. Instead of being premium seats, they were, in fact, not balcony seats and in back of a raised platform for VIPs and cameraman that totally blocked any view of the stage. Row A was actually on a foot-high riser off the floor in back of a walkway that had people walking across it throughout the performances and event staff hanging out blocking any view there possible could have been.
I did go to the box office, explained the situation, and actually bought another seat which I was told was great. I expected nose-bleed, but I did not expect it to be in back of the stage. I couldn't even see the big screen from that one. I moved back to my original bad seat.
I was very disappointed and frustrated. It would have been a wonderful experience in a different seat.

The BOK arena is awesome once you are inside. We saw Journey in concert with friends of ours and had pretty bad seats in the top deck. Seats were obstructed by hand rails again! These arenas and ticket brokers need to tell people when they have an obstruction, which in arenas are many. That's what i get for buying cheap tickets. We were warned by people to get to BOK early because parking sucks. They were right. We arrived an hour early and drove around and around until parking in a pay lot about 5 blocks away. As stated, the BOK is great, the sound inside is great, downtown where it is located is nice, seemed pretty safe. Parking, yuk!

Attended two shows over a weekend and both great experiences. Venue is well kept, all staff we interacted with were friendly. Area well lit and street in front of building closed to traffic before and after to make it easier to get in and out of building.

Great concert venue! Impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the Center.
We were there for a concert, had great seats and enjoyed the concert. The acoustics were wonderful. The BOK Center outshines event centers that are much larger!

Second visit to the BOK Center for Oilers hockey. First visit we sat in the lower bowl and the upper bowl on the second visit. Not a bad seat in the arena, though the steps in the upper sections are too steep for my personal preference. Both the main and upper concourse are wide enough to support large crowds with ample amount of concessions. Plenty of parking available within a short walk.

Great concert venue. Seats were comfortable and there didn’t seem like a bad seat in the house. There could have been a few more beer vendors but that didn’t seem to stop our fun. It was a great concert at a great venue that I hope to return too.

The BOK center is a great place for a concert. I have been to over 150 rock concerts and the BOK is by far the best experience you can have. The staff is great for one and the acoustics are fantastic. They also host many other events like Hockey and sports but the concert vibe is awesome. Out of 27 venues this is my favorite. Can't wait for them to start hosting again.

The BOK event center (Bank of Oklahoma) is an absolutely beautiful building in the heart of Tulsa that is an iconic architectural step into the future of the 21st century. The building can be credited to the progressive thinking of the Tulsa County's "Vision 2025" city planning committee. Kudos to the leaders of a city development project that produced such an achievement as the BOK. The architect for the building was Cesar Pelli, who designed the breathtaking Petronas Towers in Maylaysia, which are now the two highest twin towers in the world! It is amazing that Tulsa, Oklahoma would be home to such an iconic avatar as the BOK event center. The exterior design of the building will "blow your mind" with the swirling circular structure of a gleaming stainless steel stanchion that supports the 160 foot length of the glass facade (1600 glass panels each weighing 350 pounds!) that wraps around the building in an escalating pattern. Absolutely genius in design well-beyond Beautiful in appearance! We attended a Tulsa Oilers hockey game @ this site (which can hold over 19,000 visitors), & the interior of the building is as impressive as the exterior in both form & function. The hallways are designed to be efficient in organizing & streaming large crowds of visitors. Seating is comfortable & spacious, ushers obviously well-trained for the site, & the venue arena enables the gambit of public activities from sports to live concert events. If you visit Tulsa, it will be @ least a visually impressive walk-around site, even if you do not attend an event.

We go to the Shock games quite a bit. It is so nice to get out of the heat and into the cool BOK center to watch a little basketball. The games are very entertaining other than just watching the game: the mascot and Shock Attack girls keep the crowd going. Great family atmosphere!

Where can an RV park near the boc.
Written June 13, 2020
It's a lounge that is only accessible by those with special tickets or tickets to the luxury suites. It's located on the top level of the arena (hence the "sky" in the name). In the lounge you have food, a bar, television, and couches as opposed to the arena seating.

Hi, kwctgirls. What would you like to know about this attraction? Where is the best place to park? We will be staying at the hard rock...would it be better to Uber?
Written March 19, 2019
There is an event parking garage right across the street. No need to Uber.

I plan on going to Bruno Mars concert from Japan.
Does anyone have an idea of how difficult it would be to get an Uber/Lift after the show?
Written August 13, 2018
Hi and Congratulations.
That is a long ride from Japan but well worth it! I have see Bruno Mars and he puts on a fantastic show!
We have Uber here plenty, so I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to get one after the show.
Have a great time!
Safe Travels!

Not that I know of, during large concerts
Such as sold out events, you may only be able to text. The cell system is saturated by so many trying to call and text friends and family.

I am trying to make an educated ticket purchase for the JT concert in May. Looking at the seating map, I am curious about the General Admission Standing on the floor. Is it the basic concept of get there early for the good spots up front towards the stage? This is very important to me!! Ive only waited my entire adult life to see this man!! All the advise available would be greatly appreciated

Like the old adage the early bird catches the prey. Place is popular and most attendees come even four hours before the event starts.
