I try to go regularly. It is a wilderness and a park and I love to take my dogs there, but it is sometimes too crowded: Bikers, dog walkers, joggers all compete with local couples looking for a romantic amble, and families with youngsters running amok in every direction can detract from the enjoyment of nature. Tulsa definitely needs more... More

Have hiked the various trails here many times. Often brought our small dog who could navigate these trails as well without any issues. Only negative is need much more parking. I guess this speaks to how popular this place is.

Not sure what makes this even make the attraction list. Good place to mountain bike. Otherwise just a hill.

We fell upon this place by accident while driving around...glad we did! Came back the next day and spent several hours there....exploring trails, hiking, and jogging! Beautiful...and so many acres that it never felt crowded!

Turkey Mountain has multiple trails for different level of hiking. I have hiked them all and each one has it own personality. Even thought you are in the middle of Tulsa it is secluded along the Arkansas River. Great for family, take you dog or just get out by yourself. You can also ride your bike or take a run.... More

Visited the Turkey Mountain area while visiting for a work trip. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and was happily surprised to see how busy this was. My only complaint would be lack of parking. Loved the trails and had a blast running them!

I've taken horses, dogs, friends, and my high school senior pictures up on Turkey Mountain over the years. I love the trails. The only bad thing about Turkey Mountain is finding parking on a day with nice weather.

Views from the trails are magnificent looking over the river and city. Trails are marked well. There are plenty of rocks for sitting and multiple trails to choose length of hike. The parking lot gets very crowded on pretty days, but crowds are not noticeable at all on the trails.

We had some time to kill on our vacation. This park was a great way to burn some energy. The trails are well maintained and the community very friendly. Awesome place for dogs and bicycles, as well.

Statues and photography opportunities. Jogging and hiking are welcome. Great perspective from which to view Tulsa! No charge. Very secluded and serene. Have see families of wild deer there and numerous bird varieties.
