Go to John Dellenback

We stopped off a couple places, but John Dellenback was the first place where we really got to experience massive dunes. I'd skip the other viewpoints and hit this trail only.

Read my overall review of the resort for more details. PD is not as great as Pebble but a VERY fine course. Trails is just as nice and more of a players course with out the tricked up greens. Amazing course and tops overall on the resort. Play it in the afternoon, sunny is better visually. Morning rounds are easier... More

If you can't make it to the British Isles for some golf the way it was meant to be played, Bandon, Oregon is the next best thing. So far, I've only played two of the four courses available, but we're going back later this year and take care of the others. Personally I preferred Pacific Trails over the Dunes, but... More

Terrific course. Could be a bear to play when wind is gusting to 25mph..Wide open with strategic bunkers. Great views of the Pacific Ocean.

It's hard to choose a favorite among Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes and Old Macdonald -- but if forced, mine would be Pac.

The whole Bandon Dunes resort is on a really truly amazing piece of earth that exisits in the middle of nowhere. I was playing as a single which made it easy to get on to Pacific Dunes as there were quite a few open times, and thorougly enjoyed the experience and the guys they paired me up with from Chile.... Had the pleasure to play Old Macdonald, Pacific Dunes, Bandon Dunes and Bandon Trails the first weekend in March. The golfing, views and staff are all top notch. Would go back in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a great links experience with the convinience of having a shuttle take you almost anywhere on the property to go to... More

Nothing to dislike... the course is awesome as were our caddies - Tim and Jeff! Views are amazing, and the course is in great shape. For $95, by far the best value golf ever.

It is the most beautiful course that is also a real challenge for every golfer. I played a lot of the best courses and this is my favorite

An excellent test of links golf. You can leave the driver in the bag on many holes -- the bump and run works very well. The course will give up a low score if your irons are accurate, but can eat you up if you spray the ball either off he tee or coming into the greens.
