Sadly, the smoke from the fires made viewing the acclaimed mountain difficult and it diminished its view. We will have to come back when the air is more clear.

Ski lift up to mount bachelor great views but once up there it's a winter experience with lava stones heated up I. The Oregon sunshine and most of the cafe really closed! If fires weren't burning in the area views would have been lit better!

Yes, Mt Bachelor does do tours of the mountain for skiers/snowboarders. You can sign up for an orientation tour from the concierge desk on the second floor of the West Village Lodge.
