There are so many beautiful places around Bend, it's hard to recommend Tumalo State Park because of the fee. Gorgeous place alongside the Deschutes River, but it's actually hard to see the river due to the natural growth. Maybe for camping or a group site...More

We stayed here for 3 nights to position ourselves to see the Solar Eclipse in August. Great little campground. We stayed on the lower section if you will, across from the river. Just note, the water was so cold :) The campground was very clean...More

This was a nice campground with great, clean bathrooms and showers. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. It was rainy but it drains nicely. We enjoyed it. The day use is right oon a river with a beautiful, clean park.

Wow, Oregon has top notch campgrounds. Free showers (and yes with hot water). This place is great because it is so close to Bend,so there is lots to do and great places to eat and drink.
