Beautiful State Park. The beaches here have breathtaking views. Low tide pools are fun to explore. Close to Jedediah Smith Redwoods. Noise from the mill nearby takes some adjusting too.

It is a nice quiet place. Nothing spectacular about it. Perfect place to have a quiet moment alone. I looked for some glass pebbles but didn't find any.

This obscure little park has a wonderful dog park for dogs to chase balls and greet other dogs, along with chairs for humans. Parking was easy and there are trails down to the beach and a porta potty.

We spent hours there. Great place to find sea glass you could spend all day there. Guaranteed to be back if you go once

Recently we spent the weekend and heard about finding beach glass at this beach. Access wasn't too difficult-I saw children and Seniors use the path. We spent several hours beach combing and came away with a good pocketful of beautiful beach glass. Obviously low tide...More

Over the last few months Disc Golf at McVay has improved greatly. More mowing of the course is being done with new, real baskets in and cement tee pads in the planning (rain is not helping at this point !). The scenery is awesome with...More

Both trails are to the right of the circle parking lot. The "easier one is further south. It does have 3 steps with the last step being about a foot and a half tall. The trail has a few narrow areas with a couple tripping... More
