Easy to find, beautiful to drive through, one of the best views of Cannon Beach and the Oregon coast anywhere. Great for photography buffs. There is a nominal parking fee which we tried to pay but were unable to because there is no attendant and...More

A winding, narrow road in the park handles traffic in both directions. Please don’t drive like the person we followed out of the park who virtually forced on-coming vehicles off the road by persistently driving down the middle of the road. I suppose the driver...More

This is beautiful park. The rain forest is striking. The service ocean views are gorgeous. If I were a hiker or prepared to hike in the moisture/rain, this park would be a paradise. One bit of advice, the roads are narrow and have two way...More

What a beautiful beach, and gorgeous views. We came here with my brother and his girlfriend. It was so amazing. The walk down is easy, but kinda hidden. I think parking was $5, but worth it. The beach was super cool, the tide was out...More

The first part of our hike was all uphill on a gravel rock road. My wife was winded (we're in our early 60's). It was, however, great exercise. Once we reached the top of the hill, we meandered through all sorts of grasses, bushes and...More

Beautiful place for a picnic, be prepared when going to the coast for any weather because it can change very quickly. This is not a beach, but a coast so it can get chilly. would be an amazing place for sunset. The trail we went...More

The drive up to the parking area is a winding, uphill road that is totally worth taking. If you are not a hiker, the views from the park right by the parking area are absolutely stunning. You can see haystack rock, the bird rocks, the...More

This was a very pleasant, fairly easy hike through wooded forest with gorgeous views of the ocean. Highly recommend. Don't need hiking poles here. We even saw a deer on the path.

Oregon is packed with state parks.... and I think this has to rank way up the list. Spectacular place! Lots of hiking trails. Lots of photo ops. Well worth your time!

You need to submit a copy of your FAA UAV/drone certificate to the parks gate attendant to show that you are a registered user. Flights can not be at night time or over persons. Be careful of cross winds
