We've seen the lighthouse several times and it's a good view. The lighthouse is about a mile offshore so bring binoculars. Terrible Tilly is not active and hasn't been for a while. Families of the deceased my place the remains in the lighthouse - interesting.

And hard to see if the weather isn't great. You can tell it is there, but I was using my 40x zoom on my camera. As the picture shows, without high power, you are not going to get a good photo.

This lighthouse is abandoned and has an incredible history. Invest in the short read "Terrible Tilly" to get most out of this experience.

Great to view - best view from hiking up the trail at the state park. Would be fun to see by boat next time. No actually tours of lighthouse though.

This lighthouse is in the ocean and can be seen from Ecola Park in north Cannon Beach OR. The lighthouse is no longer in use. Birds and sea lions are residents. Binoculars are best.

This is a really neat light house, you just look out and see it. As far as I know you can't go out there. It has a very interesting history too!

It's very, very odd to me that this is an attraction. First off, you can't actually GET to the light house, you're just staring at it from miles away while on the Clatsop Loop Trail Hike viewpoint. The best thing about the view is everything...More

best viewed from Ecola State park. The picture above is pretty much what you see - best to bring binoculars for a better look.
