Visiting from out of town for Christmas, I was happy to discover this trail off Sunnyside Road. It is a lovely scenic trail away from the traffic. I was surprised dogs are not allowed.

This awesome place to walk is at the top of our street. It has a large parking lot to park and then walk the beautiful mountainside. No dogs are allowed which is a bummer but many people don't follow this rule. You will see rabbits,...More

Just the right difficulty level for me and my arthritic hips. It's a beautiful nature park. Too bad folks still take their dogs -- the signs are clearly posted.

My wife and I hike this trail pretty regularly. It's close by, but is secluded enough from the city to make you feel like you are away from civilization. It's about 2.4 miles around the lower portion which is perfect for us. If you are...More
