Had a great time touring the campus, the vintage buildings, the historic cemetery, of course a stop at Starbucks. Wonderful school to visit.

Speaking as a very former Duck, the changes that have taken place on campus are nothing short of architecturally spectacular. I want to go to college all over again. It's a sheer pleasure just walking through the buildings and marveling at the beauty.

Aside from the parking and nearby homeless issue, this is a great campus, packed with beautiful nature and architecture. Some of the best programs in the nation, it's considered the Ivy League of the West Coast. Feels small town but offers some rich experiences.

Diversity? Absolutely NOT, a very racist environment and last not the least a money pit; they want to milk the students (out of state students) and parents in every way they can and your student can NEVER become a resident even if you buy a property and the student works and pays taxes for a couple of years. Basically, it’s all about money.

I have been a Ducks fan for years and have visited Autzen stadium long ago but never like this. Someone that I have gotten to know over the last 6 months is now starting up in the fall at U of O. I got to check out the campus a bit over the weekend and even visit The Duck Store. looking forward to coming back again during football season. I gotta say their track and field stadium is quite the place. If you get a chance to come you should defintely visit and the town of Eugene,

We were in town to check out campus. Stadium seemed nice but surprisingly gravel parking lots and weeds and plants grown up in spots. Campus was nice but unfortunately covered in ash and trees down from a recent storm.

The campus is beautiful, the staff and students are friendly, and the sports teams are great. What’s not to like?

We have been a Ducks family all of my life attending games and tailgating. There used to be a sea of motor homes setting up to support our team. The U of O has systematically evicted most of the motor homes due to their greedily increased mandated "donations." Now that the government has taken away our choice to "donate" and write off the ridiculous fees the U of O charges; the tailgating experience has all but disappeared. We no longer have a spot to park the motor home, which has been a family tradition since before my time. The Chip Kelly era and the fly by night Slick Willy after the disgraceful period of Helfrich (who fell on his face after Mariota wasn't around to run the team and make things happen) really messed up the program. We will always be duck fans and we will always support our team, but unfortunately we have dropped all 20 season tickets and our tailgate spot. Due to rising fees and the government taking away our write off, but hey we live in a town that adores government control so what can a person do? Public greed extorting the peoples money seems to be the status quo in Oregon.

How do you schedule a stadium tour? The U of O website just says "Coming soon"...

I’ll bet a lot of students know! (Probably because their parents asked them to find out and schedule one. Hah

Hi! Is there an organized self-guided tour?

Most Universities will take you on a campus tour if you call them ahead of time and make arrangements. I know Davis does a group tour, I see then wandering around campus with a student tour guide regularly.
I need to park a tow vehicle and 24' 5th wheel trailer while we visit the campus the second weekend in June. Lot 56 on Millrace Drive adjacent to the railroad track looks acceptable from the Google maps satellite view. Would this not be feasible? Is there a better place maybe not on campus? Thanks in advance for any input.

Hi there,I am assuming you are coming for the NCAA championships but this is a problem as I do not know of any parking for a motor home or 5th wheeler in town other than in a camp ground. It would be better to call these numbers with that question.

Can anyone compare the Uncommon apartments and the University House Arena? I'm looking for my daughter to stay in the summer before she starts as a freshman in the fall.

Can anyone tour the football stadium off season? My son is a HUGE Ducks fan, and we will be in Eugene the week of July 24-28.
