In addition to exhibitions, this small museum has a fine permanent collection. Too, the courtyard and pool are truly beautiful, and provides a serene place for a moments meditation.

Wonderful job on traveling exhibits selections. Nice manuscript collection and the Asian collection is kind of overwhelming. Wish I knew more about it. Also a collection of contemporary art. Wonderfully planned construction for the comfortable examination of the fine quality exhibits.

First, I was surprised by the size and scope of the art display. Each room displayed art from a different country. There was one wall of art by the artist Chagall. There were also vases, bronze, tapestry and furniture of display. It is worth your time to stop in. The cost was $5/adult - money well spent. There is also... More

I went to the opening reception for Sandow Birk's latest book and attended his tour and lecture as well. The museum is much larger than I expected and the staff was very friendly. The curator, Jill, was very informative about Sandow's work.

I volunteered for a field trip with my daughter's third grade class. They split us into groups of 4 or 5 students plus a chaperone for each group. They lead us on a tour of the museum with an amazing volunteer who walked through the galleries and interpreted the art and allowing the kids to make their own interpretations. The... More

So glad we took the time to explore this lovely Art Museum. It offers a nice variety and was a fantastic thing to do on a rainy day. Is fun to walk around the campus and enjoy the gorgeous trees.

It was nice. Very quiet. They have interactive packs for older kids but I would not take young children here.

Lovely museum that is free for students. It is such a great place to just walk around and enjoy some art on a rainy afternoon.

Wonderful Asian galleries. We parked on the street and walked around campus before touring the museum. It was a great change of pace from hiking!

So the basic display is great, but it's the traveling exhibits that we look for...the story of underground comics, funny thread in Res Morgan recently along these lines...learned a lot! But you have to check the web to see what's there as this rotates.
