My husband and I had an absolute riot doing this. Resonable price and a great experience. I kinda wanted to get ones so that we could do our own thing, but I am so glad that we did the group tour. It was crazy! I was laughing so hard I was crying at how fast we were going. We had... More

We had a great tour out on the dunes with Sand Land! It was cold (November) but we all bundled up and stayed warm! The kids loved the bumps and big down hill roller coaster like hills while adults loved leaning about the dunes. Keep your eyes open for wildlife. We saw deer and sea lions!

These guys are, in my opinion, the best dune adventure company in Oregon. I visited a couple of years ago, and made a trip this year specifically to visit again. The staff are excellent, and the Sandrail (the fast, more fun buggy) is just a blast! They offer 1/2 or 1 hour tours, which are basically an adrenaline-filled lowered buggy... More

We took out of town visitors on a dune buggy ride. Service was excellent. Sight seeing was great and our guests enjoyed the ride. This is not for the faint of heart. Experience includes some sand flying around, and you might have sand in your ears when you are finished, but it is worth it for the views and the... More

This was awesome, we would not have had such a great ride if we had rented our own buggies. Ben our guide was great, knew the area and took us on a wild ride. Highly recommend.

My husband and I did the one-hour fast tour three years ago but we just came back with his parents and nephew because it's such a blast. We drove almost 8 hours round trip from our campground in Nehalem Bay specifically to do this dune buggy ride. From beginning to end it's non-stop fun. I spent most of the time... More

This is definitely a ride for the adventurous. If you are prone to motion sickness, stay away. This is a thrill ride with some great views of the dunes. 7 year old daughter loved it!

We took the sandrail tour in August 2015. Entire family (kids aged 8 and 6) loved it. It was a roller coaster ride on the sand dunes. The scenery was amazing and our driver was top notch!

We did the sandrail tour last year and again this year. It is a blast!! The surrounding is gorgeous and the ride is super fast (we go in the smaller dune buggy). Ensure you cover you head and ears because you're going to get sand. I bring a bandana to cover my mouth and nose which was great. The 1st... More

We chose the one hour 7 passenger dune buggy ride and found all equipment safe and personnel helpful and friendly. You definitely need a coat, preferably with a hood- hats will fly off. Sandland provides very necessary, quality goggles and lots sand slinging fun! Our driver, Kyle, was very competent and professional. It was obvious he wanted everyone to have... More
