This hike follows a gurgling brook all the way to the waterfall...don’t forget to take a lunch...great venue at the falls for a lunch or take a walk behind the falls.! The dogs loved it as much as I did!

My wife and her two friends hiked this whilst I was busy in Hood River. They raved about the falls. The trail was family friendly and relatively uncrowded for summer. At the falls, there were lots of places to sit and dangle one's toes in...More

It's a rocky trail. Wear good shoes. Trekking poles would help if you're not a goat. In summer bring water, and if it's hot you can swim in the creek.

Really liked the diversity of the trail. We did the recommned circular route. About an hour into fabulous falls and back to parking lot. Make sure you go behind the falls!

The beautiful waterfall was worth the hike. Trail is moderately difficult and is suitable for families.

Came across this gem on the drive. Moderate hike with a beautiful waterfall at the top. Pretty crowded parking lot but don’t be discouraged, people seemed to be spread out. Make sure you do climb the rocks to get behind the falls.

Close to Hood River and closer to Parkdale. An easy trail through some beautiful woods and a waterfall..

Take a morning hike before hitting the wineries in the afternoon. Trail is moderately difficult--a fair number of rocky patches and a challenging (but well marked) traverse through a rock slide about a quarter-mile from the falls, but well worth the trek. Trail is mostly...More

Other than the narrow area on the trail that has been washed away, this was a really fun trail and we had a beautiful day to do it. You walk along the water almost the whole hike with great photo ops of the river. Great...More
