We hiked in early July- it was not too crowded. There was a lot of elevation gain but the switchbacks made the grade better. The views at the top were lovely. If you are looking for something similar without the effort of the walk I...More

Headed up the trail late afternoon and by the time we arrived at the lake it was covered with a thick fog. It was beautiful. The hike trail was clearly marked and quickly enters a dense forest. Not too hard but a good distance.

Mirror Lake Trail is a nice place. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. Bring water with you. Lots of people bring their dogs. I believe you'll enjoy it.

The trail is well maintained and is a very easy hike to the lake although it is a steady uphill the entire hike. Once there you have a great view of Mt Hood.

This place is awesome. It is super busy, being that so many people know about it. The views are awesome and the hike is beyond easy.

The hike to Mirror lake is only 1.5 miles each way, that's including doing the entire loop around the lake. It is pretty much uphill the whole way, mostly it's switchbacks through the Forest. We went on a cool cloudy morning, the weather was beautiful....More
