Great place to stop when driving through the Columbia River Gorge! This was our second time here and always enjoy bringing a couple bottles back to Virginia. After having a tasting, we relaxed with a glass of wine and cheese plate outside gazing at Mt. Hood.

The wine was okay but the service was terrific! The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend doing a tasting. It just wasn't meeting my specific tastebuds needs.

This is a lovely winery with amazing views and delicious wines. My girlfriends and I took a weekend trip to Hood River and this was our first stop. I had visited a couple of years earlier and was looking forward to another wine tasting. While the wine was still wonderful I was surprised at the rudeness of the young male... More

Upon arriving it was very clean on the inside and thought it was brand new. Was met by Ari and he advised it was 7 years old. Still smelled new. We had questions about their wine and tasted samples that Ari suggested to us as we were looking for a sweet wine. We found one and before we bought he... More

We stopped at the Mt Hood Winery for a wine tasting. The tasting room is very nice. They have a very nice, hand carved wooden bar and a spectacular view of Mt Hood. The people were great. Unfortunately, my wife and I only liked one of the 5 wines that we tasted. We did buy a bottle of the Summit... More

Great views of Mt.Hood, nice location and great wines. Especially enjoyed their sweeter wines. Good snack platters to go with wines if you fancy a bite. Friendly and informative staff. Nice seating area outdoors.

Fantastic view of Mt Hood and relaxing grounds, but i expected the wines to be better. We bought 3 bottles, so they do have some good ones. The winery is a great one to buy a glass and just sit back winter or summer and bask in the mountain view.

Definitely put Mt. Hood Winery on your radar when exploring the “Hood River County Fruit Loop” --- a large collaboration of area vineyards, orchards, berry farms, fruit stands, lavender fields and even alpacas. Mt. Hood Winery was an enjoyable first stop. Large viewing windows encompass views of vineyards and Mt. Hood in the distance. The tasting room has comfortable seating... More

This winery had won some awards, so we were disappointed that none of the wines we tasted were great. The service was just so so as well. Nothing bad, but nothing very good either. All in all less than we expected.
