Store in downtown Newport Beach, near the harbor and the sea lions. Of course, I needed souvenirs, so I got Oregon hazelnuts, Oregon coffee, a couple of cute tees, and a nice puzzle for a grandchild. Friendly staff and nice quality merchandise.

The staff at the front door welcomed us and we took time to to browse in this MIO outpost on the bay front. All kinds of local items and souvenirs with a good inventory of items.

Great place to pick up souvenirs from your Oregon trip. Lots of local food items (jams, jellies, hazelnuts) as well as other Oregon made items. Prices are a little high but this is a souvenir shop.

me; White 58. Wife: Latina 54. Visited this store every year as family with the kids and as a softball team for atleast 15 years. As we stepped inside we were immediately met with unwelcomed stink eyes from the white dude at the register. Okay, was it my shades? Took them off. Left after about a minute of constant eyeballing. Trouble not worth it to me. Then my wife exits 2 minutes later with a tale to tell. Making a purchase, she was treated by the cashier nothing short of SELMA ALABAMA IN 1966! The guy never friendly, never smiled, made change by putting the coins on the counter closest to his edge and forcing her to reach over to get the money as he mumbled something she could not understand under his breath while scowling at her and then turning his back to her! She then looked at the next lady who was in line and saw a shocked gaze totally surprise at what just took place. He was then very polite and coordial to her. She was White . Doesn't take a Brain Surgeon to GET IT! We were targeted. We won't be back. And that goes for the softball team too...

Great store where most of the items are made in state. We bought several unique souvenirs and locally made Jams. Located on main street of Newport.

I enjoyed shopping here. Everything is made in Oregon, and there were lots fun, unique items. They even had my favorite jam that is made at Misty Meadows in Bandon Oregon (another fun spot to visit if in the area) I found a great sweatshirt and some yummy chocolates! It’s spacious enough for my wheelchair to move freely without bumping into stuff.

You can get these products elsewhere. Their customer "service" is appalling.
I used them for the first--and only--time this month, for some very last-minute gifts. First, their 3-day expedited for higher price shipping is misleading. I ordered on the 22nd and received it on the 28th.
I complained and requested that the expedited shipping fee be refunded. They criticized me for not researching their website for their shipping/UPS policy. I said that the shipping limitations (i.e. "orders placed on the 22nd will not arrive until the 28th")) should be on the shopping page, not deep on their website. Again, they criticized me.
I continued to request refund of the expedited shipping costs. They denied it.
And then, the shipment arrived with the WRONG PRODUCT. I contacted them, asking for a refund on that product. While they agreed to that refund, they just had to stick in another criticism: "I am surprised the Blueberry Jam is not a sufficient replacement,"
And then referred me to their page where it says "In select cases, Made in Oregon reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements." They *didn't* meet my shipping date requirements so the point is moot, yes?
Horrible. Insulting. Will not use again.
