Fun Pet Store on the Waterfront

We stopped in while visiting the waterfront. The name alone is a welcome sign. The staff is nice, they have a large variety of items for dogs, cats, and people. A great place to find something special for your pet.

This store has so many fun things not only for cats and dogs but for the people who love them! We couldn't leave without picking out a couple of things for our kitties back home as well as a mug for ourselves. Prices are a bit high on some things, but overall I found things reasonable.

We loved this little store. So friendly to us!

Our Standard Poodles loved the fresh cookies by the pound. They were encouraged to try samples and that was great for them. Standard Poodles are notoriously picky eaters and we hate to buy stuff they won't eat. We got to try before buying.

Highly recommend!

Jack, Winston and Chesley really loved this place - all the great smells, and doggy treats too! Parking is difficult, however.

We stopped in with our two dogs. They were allowed to sample the treats, and I found the perfect harness for our Yorkie. The prices were reasonable an the clerk that helped us was soooooo nice. If you love your dog or cat you should stop by here.

Ya sure, great for dogs, but...

We love the Newport Bay shops, Jangos upstairs from Bowwowmeow is a must visit for my wide with every visit. Unfortunately for us, we are cat parents(rescues) & while the store is overflowing with dog stuff, cat stuff is represented at a ratio of about 10 to 1. As pet stores usually favor the canine, this should not be news to those shopping here. The real disappointment is the folks working there not only know absolutely nothing about the cat stuff they do have, but apparently would rather help "dog customers" to the point of ignoring the rest. WTH?
