A very nice park. The beach is beautiful and you can take horses on the beach. You can launch a small boat or kayak and fish.

This park is about a mile south of the Inn at Cape Kiwanda where we stayed. So stopped here to take a look the morning we left. There were some nice big sand dunes, kind of deserted so if you want a quiet place to walk around and look at the beach this would be worth a stop.

The swampy/river area was just a forest walk (and boggy to boot). Loved the beach. Minimal people and excellent surf. Minimal trash.

A memorable beach walk. The breakers were crashing, the sun shining against a dark background, and in the bay a huge single rock just like the Bass Rock, Edinburgh or Alisa Craig (Paddy's Milestone)

Beach was great, rode horses along ocean side and through a trail. Took the dogs to the ocean for the first time in their lives. My blood hound loved it. My Walker hound did not care for the noise of the ocean or the water. This is a great beach to experience. Trails are all the way around the beach,... More

Had a wonderful day with the family. Climbed the sand hill and played in the tide pools. Found crabs, fish and starfish and played in the surf

Plenty of parking plus restrooms. Picnic tables. Easy access to the beach. A nice stretch of sand. You can walk really far either direction.

Less crowded and absolutely stunning. Miles of sand and ocean. We spent a relaxed morn g and we're glad we didn't go to the mor popular beaches. Will go back again for sure.
