Great paths, beautiful Cherry trees, eclectic collection of people, fountains, and the beautiful bridges. There are consistently festivals here in the summer months, and the grass can get a little trampled, but the fountains are great and the people watching is always entertaining.

Summer activities and events fill this park during the summer. Great place for walking or biking. Adjacent to the very busy Saturday market.

Such a beautiful time to go downtown and walk around. Pick a nice day and see the water and beautiful trees and flowers blooming. Sometimes there's homeless camps but usually they leave you alone if you leave them alone.

The waterfront park which is owned by the city of Portland is free except certain events. Even during events, one can still access to the park itself without any charge.
