If you like the serenity of a waterfall this one pleases abundantly, it's sort of a Portland version of Africa's Victoria Falls.

Visited in April and caught this fountain on our way to the airport. It was early enough on a weekday that there was no crowd. Parking is tricky though.

This is one of the more impressive fountains in Portland with multi-level waterfalls. It’s quite soothing and people seem to enjoy its magnificence. Glad I took the time to find it on my route.

This place is super unique and a beautiful spot in the city! It was a giant playground for my kids, as they leapt from concrete slab to concrete slab. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I spent the whole time...More

Keller Fountain Park is a city park in downtown Portland, Oregon. Originally named Forecourt Fountain or Auditorium Forecourt, the 0.92-acre park opened in 1970 across Third Avenue from what was then Civic Auditorium.

There was no water in the fountains. It did look look architecturally interesting. Disappointed, as it would have been a great surprise right in downtown Portland.

The water wasn't running when I stopped over but I still appreciated the design of the structure and could picture how it would look with the waterfalls. Still cool to take selfies at.

In walking distance to most downtown hotels. Lovely spot to sit and look at the waterfalls. Only downside is that there were a few homeless people there when we arrived early in the am. But that is to be expected in Portland

The park is in downtown Portland,I would be greatly surprised if it was an off leash park. As the park occupies the entire city block and half of that the fountain itself, I am going to answer in the negative. Sorry
