This is probably the best zoo I have been to in a while. The day we went was very hot, but there are lots of shaded areas to walk in. It is very clean and the staff was friendly.

They have many animals but to go see them I would suggest on a cool day. They day I went it was hot and they were miserable! They wouldn't come out to see them. The elephant exhibition is great! Takes up most of their zoo.....More

I've been to many zoos and I have to say that the Oregon zoo is still my favorite to visit. It's always expanding and I think that many of the exhibits have nice layouts. The enclosures are fairly well maintained too!

We took our granddaughters to the zoo in Portland even though they've been to dozens of zoos many times. I loved that it was clean and didn't have the yucky zoo smell and there were not so many people that you had to fight your...More

These animals have become domesticated pets, they will be harmed by a concert as much as your Dog or Cat would be harmed if you watched the Harry Potter collection with your sound bar on higher volume. 🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏽
