We thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour of the steam powered tug moored on the willamette river downtown. We had a docent guide us through all aspects of the ship and how it worked. there is also a gift shop with used books covering nautical topics

I wanted my husband to see some museums, so I was excited to read about this one. It was closed with very limited hours. We ended sitting by the river watching lunch time strollers/runners and transients.
