A well stocked and maned public library, A very cleaned well stocked library, before going be sure to look up the operating hours, because they are cut back some in the winter months.

We were enchanted by the Teen Scene and the numbers of teens involved. Very well run program! Worth a visit - very friendly staff and projects going on. And we had lunch at the cafe and it was delicious!

I love The Salem Library. Part of The Chemeketa Library system, the Salem Library is a multi-level literary paradise with onsite coffee and food service! Great location for a quick meeting or for a quiet place to collect and refresh.Great multi-media section.

Nice, mostly quiet facility with plenty to enjoy. Many options for education and entertainment. You do pay to park, but hopefully it goes to the library.
