A very clean and quiet library with a very courteous and helpful staff. If they do not have in stock what you are looking for, if it is available from another library, they will order it in for you and notify you when they have it for you.

I went with my husband to get some information the only thing I was not crazy about is the fact you have to pay to park in certain places.

fun days spent at the library! Story hours and so much adventure awaits us in each story! They always have a children's play area where the kids are free to play!

I never expected to enjoy this library. With so much technology nowadays, it's amazing how awesome it is. The children's section is very well maintained & stocked.

I love this space. They have lecture halls where interesting, current topics are discussed/debated or films relevant to the region or environment are shown. They have an area to make copies, use a computer and it's laid out in a very serene manner. Parking is easy, free for handicapped. Closed on Sunday and Monday.

This is a great library, nothing like libraries of my childhood. The children's floor is fantastic with computers. a discovery room, tons of exhibits and more tons of books. My Grandchildren love it and beg to go.

The range of services offered buy this small-town library is truly amazing. You can borrow books from anywhere in the world, come in to watch a movie or story-time with your kids, or even a new language! They do an outstanding job with the limited resources they have, please support them by coming in and checking them out- I know... More

So here's the deal - take the time to visit the public library here. Salem is the state Capitol. There's a small town vibe to the second largest city in Oregon. And when you see the exterior of the library you think: concrete, industrial, government building. But wait - go inside, spend some time. Tons of room. big collection. dedicated... More
