Welcome to the gorgeous Eola Hills of the Willamette Valley! This is the place we call home—we live and work here, and it’s where our grapes thrive. We believe our vineyard tells a story and is a living history of just one of many pioneering families who have chosen to raise wine grapes in Oregon.

We started small as two families: in-laws, brothers, sisters, cousins, and we are proud that Bethel Heights has stayed in the Casteel-Dudley-Webb family since our beginning in 1977.

We have now welcomed grandchildren, spouses, and non-family employees to Bethel Heights. Some of us have changed roles. And some of us are stepping up in the business, taking over where our family began. Through it all, we have strived to allow our wines to show their sense of place, speak to the history of our vineyard, and tell the story of our family.

We stopped in here in the midst if our wine touring this last weekend. Entering we saw big windows and a nice view, fire burning and warm. The people, cars and cost is pricey compared to the average vineyard/winery costs. The staff is friendly. The flight cost was one of the highest at $15 for five taste of all pinot... More

Thank you for your input regarding your visit to Bethel Heights last weekend. I apologize our tasting flight was not to your liking, as our estate is primarily Pinot Noir. I am happy to hear the staff was friendly and accommodating to your needs in requesting Brooks Winery for a better white wine selection. I hope you enjoyed your tasting... More

The sign is rather nondescript, but take the trip up the hill! I was there on a raw, rainy day and it was absolutely gorgeous. Tried a flight plus some offerings that were not on the tasting menu, all were excellent. I wish they served lunch, because the setting is perfect...the hostess did direct me to left coast vineyards for... More

We about 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon and were welcomed with a broad smile. The wines are excellent, especially the whites. there is a $10 charge for tasting offset if you buy a bottle, which we did. Views are lovely.

Chris hosted us for our tasting and was a delight to deal with. We had mixed feelings of the wines we were trying in the area: Chris was helpful for us to not only understand the range of BH's wines, but steer us to where our personal preferences were guiding us vs. upselling us. Of course we ended up buying... More

We did a Private Estate Tasting that included food pairings when we visited Bethel Heights. This was an enjoyable and relaxed affair and it was outstanding!

As Bethel Heights is one of the top rated Willamette Valley wineries this was a must try tasting. Tasted their 2014 Chardonnay, 2015 Rose, 2013 & 2104 Justice Pinot Noir, and the 2014 Casteel Pinot Noir. We were also given a taste of the 2012 Aeolian Pinot Noir - made from wind impacted grapes from through out the estate -... More

Bethel Heights has 3 estate vineyards - the Bethel Heights Vineyard (1977), the Justice Vineyard (1999) and the Ingram Lane Vineyard (2008) and more than 200 planted acres of grapes among many other vineyards. It's a huge place, gorgeous. We had a lot of fun with the friendly staff and Kate showed us that an entire bottle of wine fits... More

Ordered a half case of splits this June of their reserve 2012 Chardonnay. It came during a heat wave and was ordered from the Wine Cellar in Bend. Every bottle was horrible, no taste and likely was cooked in transit. Complained both to vineyard and retail seller but only comment was from vineyard willing to sell me another bottle at... More

This tasting room has incredible views, even on a rainy day. They don't serve food but allow you to bring in food so we stopped by the nearby Willamette Valley Cheese Co. (also a definite stop) and sat on their patio after our tasting with a bottle of wine and cheese. Extremely friendly staff and the wines are great.

We love Bethel Heights and belong to their wine club! They make wonderful wines, have a fantastic staff (Kate is the best), and are located in a beautiful setting with great views. If you are in Oregon wine country and want a great one-of-a-kind experience tasting very good wines, then Bethel Heights is A MUST!
