This was a breathtaking (literally!) hike! Bring plenty of water and a hiking pole and you will have a fantastic day. Once at the top, if you would like a private area to just sit, relax and enjoy the view alone, head to the path...More

I have been wanting to do this hike for a few years now. Today was the day. It is a 4.5 mile RT hike with about 1750 ft of elevation gain. The view at the top is spectacular. I was lucky enough to see it...More

Beautiful view, beautiful and rare flowers, spectacular scenery. Can be bit difficult for non hikers, slow and steady will bring you to the top.

Their are a lot of beautiful sights all your hike in this trail. I would recommend to wear good tracked shoes. I would recommend to wear a sweater on a chilly day, which you can take off if you get too warm.

Lovely hike. Challenging without being onerous. No altitude issues to deal with. Nice trail with beautiful sites. Well worth the drive

This is a well maintained trail that is in the forest most of the time. You definitely get a workout, especially the last half mile. When we reached the summit it was in clouds but we ate our lunch and waited and watched the clouds...More

This was a short hike because it started to rain so hard. The trail is beautiful and not too challenging.
