Well kept little farm just off the highway with easy access. Quite a few alpaca sorted by age and you can get close. You can buy food onsite in the shop to feed them along with alpaca clothing. A nice place to stop for 15 minutes

Driving by the Crescent Moon Ranch we vowed to return and spend some time viewing the numerous alpacas of all ages at the ranch. We were not disappointed! The alpacas were so beautiful, gentle, and friendly. We bought a bag of feed and enjoyed holding our hands through the fence giving a number of animals a snack. It was so... More

We stopped here on our way home from Smith Rock State Park. We have a teen and she loved visiting the farm, you can buy pellets of food for $3, and have a great time visiting the little ones, too. There is a gift shop with clothes, ornaments, etc. Our favorite part of this visit?...at 5:00 the alpacas are brought... More

Noticed the ranch from the road. We had to stop and check it out. There were a couple of people feeding the Alpacas through the fence when we arrived. The food was available for purchase in the gift shop. The Alpaca store was wonderful. They have some great sweaters, hats, stuffed animals. Lots of stuff from Peru. Much nicer than... More

Took my granddaughter by to see the Alpacas up close and it was well worth it. They are so cute and, for a few cents, you can purchase a healthy snack to feed them. The kids loved it and it's definitely something they'll remember doing. There is also have a small shop on-site with a lot of truly nice items... More

We arrived at Crescent Moon Ranch with our two small grandchildren. The alpacas were fascinating to the children and they fed them with alpaca food that you can buy in the boutique. There were many babies. I must have taken hundreds of pictures of these cuties. The owner, Debbie, was in the boutique and was very personable. I am a... More

My kids LOVE alpacas, so we had to stop. Visiting is free (can't beat that), and for $3 we were able to feed the alpacas. There was an adorable goat too. There is a beautiful gift shop on site. The owner is very friendly and happy to share info on her furry friends.

This place is fantastic. Without paying anything, the alpacas are just out to be photographed and touched. Of course, they will hang out more if you pay to give them treats but they are so used to that if you park and walk up they will usually walk right toward you anyway.

Their new location is much more visitor friendly since it is right on Highway 97. Lots of cute animals.
