Love this winery! I have visited many throughout the country. This winery is one of my new favorites. It has a cosy feel with lots of character. The wine tasting bar is in the middle of where the action is and I love that. Not a separate tasting room off to the side. Shannon, the owner, and Jason are very... More

Always drop by when I'm in the neighborhood or taking friends on a local wine tour. Mr. Calvaresi is often in the shop to offer you wines to taste, and they host community events from time to time involving music and their wine as well. PA wine is seriously underrated by the 'pro's' - we make some very good wines... More

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the inventory. The ambiance was very disappointing....like drinking in your garage. The wine is award winning, but I was not overly impressed. Prices are on the high end but not unreasonable. Will I go back.....sure. But there are other wineries that are on my dance card.

Always look forward to the relaxing Sunday afternoon enjoying and dancing to Tom Miller and the group. The wine is great , can't ask for more.

We have visited Calvaresi Winery many times. It is located in Bernville; just turn off route 183 at the Penn-Bernville elementary school onto the Shartlesville Road. Proceed about half a mile; it is on the right. They have short hours so check the website so you won’t be disappointed. There are several occasions throughout the year when there are special... This was our first visit to the winery off of 183 in Bernville. It is on a hill with a nice view. The wines were good and paired with very nice meats. The staff and new owner very knowledgable and personable. They had a small walkway with a couple outdoor tables and chairs set out. Would be wonderful if they... More

A good time to visit is when they have music outside in the warmer months. You come and taste wines and then you can buy a bottle and sit outside and listen to the music on the lawn. Can bring your own snacks or there is a food truck usually there serving some food as well. Everyone hangs out, dances... More
