This lake is stocked with trout two or three times a year. There are excellent opportunities for some great photographic sessions. The surrounding bank of the lake and historic village buildings add a very attractive background to your pictures.

A great spot to spend a relaxing bit of time drowning worms. Don't be fooled by the name though.....You are not supposed to fish for children there...even if you bring your own and throw them in. Sorry... Had To... Wife's idea.

Visiting a friend in the area, we went to lunch across from the lake.k Took a walk around the lake and sat for a while on one of the benches there. The Appalachian Trail goes through here, too.

The Children's Lake in Boiling Springs is in a great location because it is a serene area. I take a lot of photographs of the waterfowl that inhabit the lake.
