Love walking this trail with my pups. The beauty is amazing between the canal and the river. The only problem is many people walk their dogs off leash with little control. If your pup is reactive to dogs running up to them unleashed it could...More

The trail is great for walking, running or biking for as long as you like. It's safe and pretty even for a " trail". If biking wear a helmet just in case. Lots of nice people hit this trail so it's a neat social walking...More

I grew up along where part of the tail is now. It's nice, peaceful, and beautiful. A safe place to get out and enjoy the weather in all the seasons. Lots of shade. Long trail that goes for many miles. Pick up at any point...More

Many sections of the trail make you feel like you are in a remote place with tranquility and peace. It is great for walking, running and bicycling!

Visiting relatives in Collegeville, so decided to try the Perkiomen Trail for a stroll. Although the route in town runs close to a main highway, once the road is crossed the noise quickly fades and Nature takes over. A very welcome walk on a Saturday...More

We love the Perk Trail - as the locals call it. We're lucky enough to be able to ride our horses on the trail straight from home. It was a major decision factor in buying in PVSD overall.

There are some terrific sections of this trail between Collegeville and Skippack. Peaceful during the week. Not too busy . Weekends are busier. Watch out for speeding bikers.

Extensive well connected trails with many trail heads for easy entry all along its entire length. Biking, hiking for a casual walk/ride/run or providing a power workout through scenic territory.

It is a pleasant =, shady bike trail that follows the old Rail Line. Easy slopes for the most part until you get near Spring Mtn.

the website has a map, do a search on Perkiomen Trail and it comes up right away. (Tripdvisor doesn't allow me to put websites on this form). It varies between paved/unpaved...so I'm not much help with that.
