Overall we had a great time. This museum is small and not worth the trip unless you happen to already be in the area. They offer unlimited samples of ice cream and iced tea. The highlight for my son was making his own ice cream creation and then creating a commercial for it. You're able to download the video from... More

This was recommended to us by a friend. We arrived close to our reserved time for the experience and the staff gladly slid us back to the next time to allow us to wander around and check out the small exhibits. We did the ice cream lab and had a great time making our own ice cream flavor. Also enjoyed... More

This is definitely a place to keep your kids occupied for at least couple of hours. I strongly recommend doing the Tasting Lab - the entire family will love that (it will also show you the ingredients you are consuming in a typical ice cream these days and maybe make you think about finally going organic :) ) The whole... Learn the history of Turkey Hill, play around, sample as much ice cream and ice tea as you want, and then make your own ice cream. Most of the "experience" is geared toward children, but adults can certainly have fun too. $15 includes all I mentioned above. It allows you into the taste lab where you get a pint of... More

I took my daughter and two of her friends here in March. The girls had a lot of fun sampling he ice cream and iced tea. We also did the extra experience and got to make our own ice cream. We will do this again! My only complaint is there wasn't a lot of parking. We had to park on... More

Thank you for telling everyone on tripadvisor about your Experience at THE. Thank you for being patient with our team as we work to make parking at THE more efficient in the future. Took my three grandchildren to the Experience today. Definitely NOT for teens. My 11 year old granddaughter enjoyed it immensely. All three enjoyed the ice cream "laboratory" where they made ice cream to their tastes. The rest of the Experience is oriented toward small children. I rated it for small kids.

We took 2 young grandkids, entry plus lab ticket. We tried to buy tickets online but credit card option a triple A discount option never came up. So we went. Staff at check-in were friendly, and we reserved a lab time. We entered upstairs with tickets and lab stubs. Fellow took tickets, no directions. It was a weekday but crowded.... More

My son and I visited the Turkey Hill Experience and what an experience it was. My son is 12 and had a great time tasting the different ice creams and drinks,as many as he wanted. They have a wonderful interactive system that allows you to create your own ice cream, design packaging and record your own commercial.

We had an awesome time. We went mid week so it wasn't crowded at all. Loads of 'free' ice cream and iced tea to try. It's great for younger kids. Lots of interactive things and there is the opportunity to create your own online ice cream from scratch. Staff are really friendly. Can see/do everything within 60-90 mins without crowds.
