This is the first & last time I'll go to the Crayola experience. We went in the summer when there was a lot of predicted rain and I believe that every family in the tri-state area felt the same. As a result, we waited in...More

We decided to check this place out on a rainy day and it was a great plan. We took our five-year-old here and he had such a blast being able to watch them how to make a crayon and even being able to label his...More

I was disappointed, with the whole experience. Maybe because, I frequent kids museums, but there wasn't too much education or explanation of why certain stations were important or what was going on, etc. We also thought that we would see more of the factory experience,...More

While I can appreciate the chaos of small children of varying ages there is a lot to be desired from this experience from the organizational and staffing perspective. Long lines and little support or direction met us at nearly every turn from the time we...More

While the concept is awesome and there are a lot of activities for kids to participate in, the overall experience was negatively affected by the large crowds, lack of staff and broken/out of order machines. Every center on the 4th floor only was working at...More

Overall- good experience. With two toddlers it took nearly 5hrs to experience/play with everything. We got there as they were opening-- lines for tickets/entry were short-- we got through them quickly. Within an hour, it was very crowded. Agree with other reviewers-- maybe more staffing...More

We took our grandchildren here and would recommend it for children 2 and half years old to 10 (or possibly 11). The experience has 4 floors of creative, fun and hands on projects that the children enjoyed. Arrive early, it gets very crowded as the...More

Don’t waste your time buying tickets online as you will still need to wait on a long line 7 registers but only 2 people working Meanwhile dozens of employees in a deserted overpriced gift shop 5 minutes after it opens
