I took my daughters here for their first outdoor camping experience in a tent. It was an unqualified success. This park is clean has plenty of activities and I will gladly visit again. Our site came with a tent pad that was mostly graded, a...More

Went for a nice cookout with friends and family on an afternoon. A lot of people, but the tables are nicely spaced, so you still have your privacy. Some of us also went fishing. I believe the lake has trout.

Beautiful lake with great views and 11 hiking trails that range from easy to difficult. You do need to pay attention to the condition of bacteria in the water. Park is open every day till sunset.

This was our first time to this state park, and like most state parks in PA it does not disappoint. We tent camped in the campground and it was fairly quiet with lots of families enjoying their time together. You can get on a hiking...More

We spend an evening here in July, they had a bat sighting expedition. We got clickers to count the bats at dusk. Really enjoyed our time

We swam until dusk and saw a beautiful sunset. It wasn't crowded. It was a nice way to end the day. Water was really warm on a heat advisory day. It was nice to cool off and do some relax time reading in the shade.

We came here at the prompting of local signage at street corners and such. It happened to be on the way to another location we wanted to visit and decided to stop on our way back (check my other reviews for details about other travels)....More

This was a delightful state park. It appeared to be much loved. There were plenty of tables for picnicking, a beach for swimming, shoreline for fishing (we saw sunnies and m what we thought might be bass), trails for hiking and a beautiful small lake...More

Yes, it's two bedrooms and a living area, with one set of bunk beds in each room. The walls that separate the bedrooms from the living area, and from each other, don't go the whole way up to the ceiling--there's about a... More
