Very nice to experience, exhibits are great and very detail oriented. It is worth the time to visit, it was raining when we were here and we did not do the walk to see the outdoor exhibits, we will be returning to do that for...More

We visited the lumber museum and were amazed. Very nice exhibits. A very friendly and efficient staff, and everything you could hope to see and learn about the regions lumber industry in earlier years. Don't miss this attraction.

What a fantastic museum in the middle of north central Pennsylvania! We are so glad that a friend recommended that we visit the Lumber Museum. We spent several hours touring inside & outside venues. Bonus: bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the serenity of 'Penn's...More

Be sure to take time to watch the very educational film. And there are lots of photographs and exhibits in the museum as well as a gift shop. Also enjoyed the outdoor displays such as saw mill, holding pond, engine and train cars, etc.

Another one of those places I should have visited a long time ago. Can actually see how the lumber industry worked years ago. They display and explain how it was done. If ever in the area, don't miss it!
