This museum is truly breathtaking. the entire location was built and organized by volunteers yet has a true professional and interactive quality

Spent wonderful two hours there and was fantastic experience. Tour book suggested thirty minutes but no way unless you just ran through. Especially liked the fifteen minute talk upstairs about the evolution of fire reporting. Building was beautifully restored, easy to find and great free...More

The fire museum is interesting for all ages. A dedicated group of volunteers has preserved and displayed artifacts from years of fire fighting. Besides the equipment, you can go upstairs to see where the firemen lived while on duty.
