This place was packed!!!! Lots of chocolate to choose from. The line for the tour was long but moved fast. The tour was automated and interesting. Large food court and shopping area.

Went of free tour, as well as paid tour. Children ranging in age from 10 to 3 had a great time. Great chocolate shakes at the fountain, and every assortment of Hershey's candy.

We did the bundle and they assigned times for each of the activities. It all ran very smooth, we went from one activity to the next with no problem.
